Everything we supply from our own stock is tested, labelled then security sealed before shipping to our customers.
All equipment test records are available for inspection - in fact, some of our customers prefer to have the copy test records with the equipment on site.
All equipment supplied is accompanied by simple easy to understand instructions, some in the form of a laminated tag permanently attached.
We provide continuous no break telephone support; customers can call us for technical support at any time.
- TESTED because we know it works for us so it should work for you to.
- LABELLED to show it has been tested, and when its next test is due.
- SECURITY SEALED because we both want to know if our equipment has been tampered with.
- TEST RECORDS because without records nothing can be proved, and these records provide us with a required service history.
- SIMPLE EASY TO UNDERSTAND INSTRUCTIONS because most people just want the thing to work without being forced to study exact sequence of events inside the box.
As we take pride in our equipment quality regime we do not expect equipment we have supplied to fail but as we all are aware NOTHING IS EVER 100%!
If it does cause a problem, the problem will be resolved.
