Backroom has over twenty years of experience in supplying temporary power solutions for clients all over the world. We like to think that, no matter what your power problem - no matter what time of the day, or day of the year, or location around the world - we can solve it.
24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, anywhere in the world - Backroom can supply anything from a UPS for a computer workstation to a complete temporary power system for any commercial or industrial application.
Whether it be the MTV Music Awards or providing UPS power for test equipment aboard the prototype for Japan's next generation of bullet trains, Backroom can deliver not only a fully certificated and working installation with the minimum of fuss, but complete peace of mind should problems arise.
Our total commitment to you, our customers, has been praised many times. They know that, if they ever have a problem, we can and do solve it. Our track record is second to none - indeed, in many cases, we have been the only company in the world able to provide a solution.
In the past, we have supplied just about every type and size of electrical & electro-mechanical equipment: a seamless power system for the commissioning of a large power generation plant; frequency changers for industry; generators for building shutdowns - the list is endless.

History
In 1985 Backroom Rentals was founded with just three transformers to service mainly entertainment clients. We incorporated as Backroom Ltd in 1997 and opened our new office in Rio de Janerio in 1999. Since then, business has expanded to include many different activities - after all, everybody needs power. Our clients require that power is distributed, supported and maintained to a high standard.
Today, our stock numbers some 1200 items of power cable and over 600 other items of power hardware. Head office is 3000sq ft of warehouse in South-West London with full technical facilities on site.
Our continued success & growth has come exclusivly from previous customer recommendations and client contacts.
